Orders must be accompanied by a formal letter
or purchase order and sample list.
For petrographic reports, please include an e-mail contact so we can return your report as quickly as possible.
FIRST-TIME CLIENTS MUST INCLUDE 50% PREPAYMENT WITH ORDER

Completion of Work
Approximately 15-20 working days from receipt
of your order to completion. During peak season, orders may take longer.
Please allow extra time for samples requiring reports (approximately 1 week
per 25 sections).
Please specify handling: Rush or Regular,
A.S.A.P. will be taken as Rush
(extra charges).
All prices are F.O.B., Langley, B.C.
TERMS-NET 30 DAYS -overdue: (1.0% interest
per month)
For U.S.A. and other international clients : To avoid customs delay, duty and taxes, please indicate samples for scientific studies $5.00 value. Do not indicate the total price of the order as duty and taxes may be charged on the stated value. Orders over a certain value must be cleared through a custom's agent. The $5.00 value usually eliminates this requirement. Use priority post air or courier for faster service.
Many of the international courier shipping documents include statements of value.
